Organizational                       Development

With over 15 years of experience in a variety of clinical and non-profit reproductive health and justice settings, I work to identify you and your team’s individual and collective strengths and help you deploy them strategically. I believe effective relationship-building is the cornerstone of any successful collaborative project, and it is the foundation of all of our work. An experienced project director, coalition builder, and trained facilitator, I hold space for partners and make change happen through systems analysis. I am adept at prioritizing, being efficient and decisive when necessary, all in service of achieving outstanding results for your team, in service of your mission. I am committed to working on how explicit and implicit bias on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, class, and size influences my work. I am skilled in facilitating difficult conversations, believing continued growth brings about a more just healthcare system and a more successful project.
